New Mercedes-Benz E350 launched in India


Mercedes-Benz E-Class (the W212 E350) was launched in India today, in Delhi. With more than ten million units sold worldwide over the last six decades, the Mercedes E-Class is one of the most successful business / luxury saloons in the world, and the new E350 - which we think looks really good - should make sure M-B keeps one step ahead of the BMW 5 Series and Audi A6 in India.As you would expect, the new E-Class comes with a host of cutting-edge technologies - the car probably features almost every automotive electronic system that enhances luxury, comfort, safety and handling. The new Mercedes-Benz E350 launched in India is fitted with a 3.5-litre petrol V6 that produces 268 horsepower and 355Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a seven-speed 7 G-TRONIC automatic transmission. Suspension is McPherson strut with coil spring (front) and multi-link independent with coil springs (rear). The car rides on 17-inch alloy wheels.The new E350 is priced at Rs 47 lakh, ex-showroom Delhi.
